1.Application: This machine is used for packing the product that are not suitable the brush to feed and with cylindrical shape. It can work together with the production line by customized feeding conveyor to ensure auto production ,feeding and packing.

2.1 This machine is equipped fully-automated touch-screen compute controller can be operated easily and the mechanical function is easy to check. Automatically warning alarm system, all warning will display on PLC, easy to operation and maintenance

2.2 It adopts the principle of swash plate to do raw material seperating, arranging, feeding. It can adjust its packing speed according the material quantity to reduce the friction

2.3 Multi-area temperature control stations can ensure the quality of the excellent packaging, the sealing looks more strong and beautiful.

2.4 With servo-technology system, 9 servo-motor and high accuracy photoelectric sensor, can quickly and easily to adjust the packaging of different size and also adjust conveying speed accurately.

2.5 Equip with Auto film splicer device, overload protection and electric leakage protection. The functions of packing film auto-connection can save film and time.

2.6   It has reasonable structure with esthetic style, running smoothly with less noise., can work together with the production line by customized feeding conveyor to achieve the whole line with auto production, greatly reducing labor costs to improve production efficiency
